INGLEWOOD
Scope: Additions & Alterations
Extensive revamp and modernisation of an early 90's intermediate terrace house for a young family. Blending in seamlessly with its charming Tudor-style neighbourhood, the cluttered original ground floor utility room is cleared to achieve a large galley kitchen and formal dining room. The attic's old false ceiling was removed to reveal soaring timber roof trusses and accent lighting. Externally, outdoor terraces and roof skylights were added, coupled with complete replacement of heritage clay roof tiles. A contemporary Georgian interior scheme completes the interiors with restrained yet authentic timber profile panelling on walls and built-in cabinetry.
