SELETAR TERRACE

Reconstruction of a mid 90's semi-detached house for a professional couple. Each level expresses its function with subtly rotated volumes, articulated in a series of different trellis opacities and exposure providing privacy and transparency where needed. Generous sunlit living spaces transform a previously dark interior, with double volume entertainment spaces accentuating the journey through the house.
